Welcome to HostStrategy. By using our website, purchasing a report, or engaging our consultancy services, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.
1. Who We Are
HostStrategy (“HostStrategy”, “we”, “our”, “us”) provides consultancy, data analysis, and revenue strategy services for property owners, hosts, and operators in the short-term rental and hospitality sector.
2. Our Services
HostStrategy provides strategic and analytical advice designed to help improve property performance.
Our services are advisory — implementation and results depend on the actions of each client. We cannot guarantee specific levels of revenue, occupancy, or return.
3. Bookings & Payment
All services, sessions, and reports must be paid for at the time of booking unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Invoices are due within 7 days. Late payments may incur interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing to hello@hoststrategy.co.uk.

Within 48 hours of booking: full refund.

After 48 hours or once work has begun: non-refundable.
If we cancel a service, we’ll offer a refund or an alternative date. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
5. Data & Accuracy
All insights and reports are based on data from third-party and public sources (e.g. PriceLabs, AirDNA, OTAs).
We take care to ensure accuracy, but data availability and quality may vary. Clients are responsible for validating and applying recommendations appropriately.
6. Confidentiality
All shared information is treated in strict confidence. We may use anonymised, aggregated data for research or benchmarking, but never share identifiable information without permission.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials, tools, and reports produced by HostStrategy remain our intellectual property.
Clients may use them internally but must not copy, resell, or distribute them without written consent.
8. Liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service concerned.
We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, business interruption, or reputation damage.
9. Force Majeure
We’re not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control — including power or internet failures, software outages, strikes, or natural events.
10. Data Protection
We comply with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Client data is used only to provide our services and will never be sold or shared with unrelated third parties.

11. Complaints
We aim to handle all feedback fairly and professionally.
If you have a concern, please contact hello@hoststrategy.co.uk — we aim to respond within 14 working days.
12. Right to Refuse Service
We may decline or terminate a service if a client provides false information, acts abusively, or breaches these terms.
13. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always appear on this page. Continued use of our website or services means you accept any changes.
