How does it work ?

 

 

Initially we need some simple information about your property eg  2 bedroom flat at 42 Hoe Close, Plymouth PL1 2QD .

Then we will contact you and ask you some very specific questions around the property and its current operation - this contact will either be by phone or email.

 

Once we’ve received your details, we combine the information and process it through our data matrix system and generate a draft report. One of our experts then reviews and refines the findings before finalising your bespoke strategy report. You’ll receive the completed version by email, typically within 48 hours of receiving payment and all required information.

Once you are in receipt of the report you are welcome to contact us by phone or email to seek clarification of any points or actions.

 

If you would like us to help you implement any of the suggested actions, we are more than happy to help with this, subject to payment of a further fee.

​

If you have a multi unit property , or a portfolio , or are developing a large site then we can provide bespoke pricing in these circumstances .

 

A further review and assessment of progress can be provided at six monthly intervals subject to a small fee

 

Our development team are working on providing a more IT based questionnaire to speed up the process of information gathering, which we will be launching by Q1 2026.
